NOW Foods Acidophilus Two Billion is a high-potency probiotic in vegetable capsules, focused on acidophilus, a type of bacterium that lives naturally in the small intestine. It is a straightforward pick for anyone who wants a single-type acidophilus product rather than a multi-strain blend.
Key features
- 6 billion microorganisms per capsule at the time of manufacture
- Built around one of the main resident bacteria of the small intestine
- Vegetable capsule (Vcaps) format
- Intended for regular daily intake
Probiotic bacteria form part of the intestinal flora, and many people take a capsule such as this one every day as part of their usual routine.
Available as 100 vegetable capsules.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
