Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on www.ivitaminsshop.co.uk. Please read them before you order. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About us

2. Who can order

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. Our products are intended for adults. Products made for children must be bought by an adult.

3. Your order and our contract

After you place an order we email you to confirm we have received it. This email is not our acceptance of your order. Our contract with you starts when we email to say your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing or description error, if payment is not authorised, or if we suspect fraud or misuse of a promotion. If we cancel, we tell you by email and refund anything you have paid in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

We take care to show correct prices. If we find an obvious error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Payment is taken at checkout using the methods shown there, currently PayPal. We do not see or store your full card details.

5. Product availability

Products are offered while stocks last. If an item in your order becomes unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund that item, or offer an alternative if you prefer.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery options, charges and times are set out on our Delivery Information page and are always shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Cancelling and returning an order

You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once your goods arrive you have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we also accept returns of unopened items for 30 days.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods such as supplements, foods, drinks and cosmetics once their seal has been broken. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Goods we sell must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right with a refund, replacement or repair, as set out in our Returns & Refund Policy. Please keep damaged packaging and send photos where you can, as this helps us claim from the carrier.

9. Product information and health

• Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose on the label.
• Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using supplements if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition or are planning surgery.
• Always read the label, including allergen and warning information, before use. Keep products out of the reach of children.
• Product descriptions and images are supplied by manufacturers. Manufacturers sometimes change packaging, flavours or formulas, so the product you receive may differ slightly from the picture. If the label matters to you, check it on arrival or ask us before ordering.
• Information on our website is general and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• If you compete in tested sport, it is your responsibility to check that a product meets the rules of your sport's governing body and anti-doping agency before you use it.

10. Offers, promotions and discount codes

Promotions run for a limited time and while stocks last, and may have their own conditions, which we will show with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied to orders already placed. If a price drops after you order, we cannot refund the difference.

11. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are sold for private use.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or supplier failure. If this happens we will let you know, and you may cancel for a refund of anything not yet delivered.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Using our website

The content of this website, including text, design and images, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it for personal use but must not copy or reuse it commercially without our permission. Brand names and logos belong to their owners. We try to keep the site available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

13. Your personal information

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything, please email info@ivitaminsshop.co.uk with your order number and as much detail as you can. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and to resolve them within 14 days. If a complaint needs longer, we will keep you updated. If we cannot resolve it, you may contact Citizens Advice for guidance on your options.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
