Delivery
IVitamins Shop delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery options and the exact cost for your basket are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery charges
For most products the following charges apply, based on your basket total:
- £30 or more: free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery
- £18 to £29.99: Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £1.99
- £7.99 to £17.99: Standard delivery for £2.99
- Any order up to 7.98 kg: Standard delivery for £3.99 is also available
A small number of products use different delivery rates. If your basket contains one of them, the correct charge is shown at checkout.
Delivery times
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or bank holidays, and times can be longer during peak periods or bad weather.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we email you a confirmation, with tracking details for tracked services.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email customerservices@ivitaminsshop.co.uk with your order number and we will sort it out. Please keep any damaged packaging until we have replied.
