Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with every order from IVitamins Shop. This policy explains how to return an item and how refunds work. It does not affect your statutory rights.

30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, unopened, with any seals intact, and in their original packaging.

Your legal right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. For health protection and hygiene reasons this right does not apply to sealed goods once their seal has been broken, such as opened supplements, foods, drinks and cosmetics. You can also cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, ideally with photos of the item and packaging. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we will offer a refund, repair or replacement, and we will cover the cost of returning the item to us. Please keep any damaged packaging until we have replied.

How to return an item

Email info@ivitaminsshop.co.uk with your order number and the items you want to return.
Pack the items securely and include a note with your order number.
Send them to: IVitamins Shop, 2 Barrow Lane, Lower Cambourne, Cambridge, CB23 6GY, United Kingdom.

For change-of-mind returns you pay the cost of sending the item back. We recommend a tracked service, because we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Refunds

When your return arrives we will inspect it and email you to confirm your refund. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. If you cancel a whole order within the 14-day cancellation period, we also refund the original standard delivery charge. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Sale and promotion items

Items bought at a promotion price can be returned on the same terms as full-price items. The refund is for the amount you paid. Any free gift that came with the order should be returned with it.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or flavour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
