Raw Nutrition Creatine+ HMB Core 02, Sour Watermelon

Raw Nutrition Creatine+ HMB Core 02, Sour Watermelon is a flavoured powder that combines creatine monohydrate with calcium HMB for people training through heavy, high-volume programmes.

Key features

• Creatine monohydrate as the main ingredient
• Calcium HMB, a compound formed when the body breaks down the amino acid leucine
• Taurine added
• CreaSol SSAT included to help keep the formula stable
• No unnecessary fillers

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Taking two common ingredients in one scoop saves buying separate tubs, and the sour watermelon flavour means it can be mixed with plain water rather than hidden in another shake.

Available in 408g, Sour Watermelon flavour.
