Vitamin & Supplement Gummies

How to choose a gummy supplement

Gummies are chewable and flavoured, which makes them easy to take every day. They usually contain less of each nutrient than a tablet, so compare the amounts per serving and how many gummies make up a serving. Check the sugar content and whether the gummy is made with gelatine or is suitable for vegetarians.

Keep out of the reach of children, and give children's products only at the stated dose.
