Nordic Naturals Children's DHA, 530mg Omega-3 Strawberry

Nordic Naturals Children's DHA 530mg Strawberry is a liquid fish oil made for children aged 1 and over. The strawberry flavour makes it more appealing for young taste buds, and the liquid can be given straight from a spoon or mixed into food.

Key features

• 530mg omega-3 per serving
• Liquid fish oil with strawberry flavour
• Suitable for children aged 1+
• Provides the omega-3 fatty acid DHA
• Two bottle sizes

DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid found mostly in oily fish such as sardines and salmon, foods that many young children will not eat regularly. A flavoured liquid is a simple way to include it in a child's day without any capsules to swallow.

Try stirring a serving into yoghurt, a smoothie or a bowl of porridge if your child prefers not to take it neat.

Available in 119 ml and 237 ml bottles.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
