Acidophilus and bifidus are two of the main types of bacteria normally found in the human intestine, and they are among the most widely used in probiotic products. This capsule brings both together, so you do not need to take separate supplements for each.

Many people take a probiotic at the same time every day, either with breakfast or with the evening meal. Store the capsules somewhere cool and dry.

Available in 60 vcaps and 120 vcaps.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
