About amino acids
Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. The essential amino acids must come from the diet, and the three branched-chain amino acids, leucine, isoleucine and valine, are among them. Instantised powders are processed to dissolve quickly, so the drink stays smooth rather than clumping on the surface of the water. A flavoured amino drink is an easy way to make plain water more appealing during long sessions.
