Olimp Nutrition BCAA 20:1:1 Xplode is a flavoured branched chain amino acid powder from Olimp's Xplode line, a range developed for athletes and physically active people. It mixes into a fruity drink. Alongside the BCAAs, each portion also provides L-citrulline, minerals and vitamin B6.

Recommended use
Take 1-2 portions a day - before a meal or training and after training or before sleep. Add 1 portion (7,2 g of powder = 1 scoop) to 200 ml of water. Consume directly after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
