About plant sterols
Plant sterols are natural compounds found in plants whose structure closely resembles cholesterol. Small amounts occur in everyday foods such as nuts, seeds, grains and vegetable oils. This product brings three of the main sterols together in one softgel, using the esterified form, and combines them with fish oil so the formula can be taken as a single daily product rather than several separate ones.
