Using stevia powder
Stevia extract is far sweeter than table sugar, so only a very small amount is needed. Start with a pinch, taste, and add more gradually. It works well in hot drinks, smoothies, yoghurt and porridge, and can be used in recipes where you want to cut down on sugar or replace artificial sweeteners. NOW processes its stevia with care to keep the natural character of the leaf, aiming for a cleaner taste.
