How to use
Take one serving just before your workout and another straight after.
Since it has no taste of its own, this glutamine can be stirred into water, a protein shake or your pre-workout drink. A single-ingredient powder also makes it easy to see exactly what you are taking.

Recommended use
Take one scoop (5g) before and one scoop after your workout. Use only as directed. Do not exceed the recommend Mix 1 serving (5g = 1 scoop = 1 tablespoon) product with water or beverage of your choice in a shaker bottle. Consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
