About the ingredients
CoQ10 is a vitamin-like compound that takes part in energy production inside cells and also acts as an antioxidant. Omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fats found mainly in oily fish such as salmon, mackerel and sardines; many people do not eat these regularly and turn to fish oil instead. Both ingredients are fat-soluble, which makes a softgel a natural way to deliver them together. This is a convenient option for anyone who already takes CoQ10 and a fish oil and would like to combine them. Not suitable for vegetarians.
