Doctor's Best L-Glutamine Powder
Doctor's Best L-Glutamine Powder is a pure glutamine powder, a single amino acid that is a staple in many athletes' supplement routines.
Key features
- Pure L-glutamine in powder form
- Glutamine is an amino acid and one of the building blocks of protein
- Unflavoured, so it mixes into water, juice or shakes
- Easy to adjust your serving size
Glutamine is widely used by people who train hard, particularly those doing high-intensity sessions. A plain powder is the most flexible way to take it, as you can add it to your post-training shake or stir it into a drink at any time of day. It has no taste worth noting, so it will not change the flavour of your usual protein or recovery drink. A single-ingredient tub is good value for regular users and makes it easy to know exactly what you are taking each day.
Available in a 300g tub.
