Dorian Yates HIT BCAA 10:1:1 is a flavoured branched chain amino acid powder for mixing into a drink. Leucine makes up the largest share of the BCAA blend, and the formula also includes citrulline malate and beta-alanine.

Recommended use
Mix 1 scoop of powder (20g) with 500-600ml of cold water and consume daily, before, during or immediately after workout.
