NOW Foods Inositol

NOW Foods Inositol is a food supplement offered as a pure powder or in 500mg capsules, using myo-inositol, the most abundant natural form of this nutrient.

Key features

• Myo-inositol form
• Inositol is a non-essential member of the B-complex family
• Found naturally in both animal and plant foods
• Present in every cell membrane, with particularly high levels in the brain and nervous system
• Choice of loose powder or 500mg capsules

The powder suits people who prefer to stir their supplement into a drink and adjust the amount, while the capsules give a fixed measure with no preparation. Both use the same myo-inositol form, so you can pick whichever fits your routine.

Available as 57g or 113g powder, or 100 capsules at 500mg.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
