All American EFX Karbolyn is a carbohydrate powder for sport, derived from potato, rice and corn. It is mixed into water and used by athletes before, during or after exercise as an alternative to simple sugars such as dextrose.

Recommended use
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop in a shaker cup with 16 ounces of water and drink 30 minutes before exercise.
