BetterYou Magnesium Oil Goodnight Spray is a body spray made with Zechstein magnesium chloride and a blend of essential oils, designed to be applied to the skin as part of an evening routine. It offers an alternative to swallowing magnesium tablets.

How to use

Apply between five and ten sprays to the skin in the evening and massage in.

The full ingredient list is aqua, magnesium chloride, glycerin, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, phenoxyethanol, lavender oil, chamomile flower oil, ethylhexylglycerin, hydrolysed jojoba esters, linalool, limonene and geraniol.
