Recommended use
To obtain the beneficial effects, take 2 capsules with a glass of water and consume twice daily, 30-60 minutes before your two main meals. Individual tolerances vary. To assess your tolerance, refer to the chart below. Do not snack between meals. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. For best results, use for 60 days in combination with diet and training. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided. Day 1-1 capsule, once daily. Day 2 & 3 - 2 capsules, once daily. Day 4 & Beyond - 2 capsules, twice daily.

Use of the plant Aframomum melegueta may give rise to health concemns. In rare cases, alpha lipoic acid can lead to hypoglycemia. It is recommended to consult your doctor before using the product.
