About the formula
Citrate forms of calcium and magnesium are well absorbed and dissolve readily in liquid. This blend uses equal parts of each mineral, and adds vitamin D3 to complete the nutrient set. The powder stirs easily into water, juice or a smoothie, and it lets you adjust the amount you take more freely than a fixed tablet does.
