Beta-glucans have long been respected and widely studied. The mycelial biomass adds another part of the mushroom to the blend, so the formula is not based on mushroom fruiting bodies alone. Bringing eight mushrooms together in a capsule avoids buying several single-mushroom products. Astragalus is a traditional herb that has been added to complement the mushroom blend.

Recommended use
