NOW Foods Magnesium Topical Spray

NOW Foods Magnesium Topical Spray is a highly concentrated magnesium chloride solution from the NOW Solutions range, made to be sprayed onto and massaged into the skin rather than swallowed.

Key features

• Pure magnesium chloride solution sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands
• Roughly 66mg elemental magnesium in around 4 sprays
• Ingredients: water and magnesium chloride hexahydrate
• Non-greasy and easy to apply
• Can also be added to a foot soak

How to use

Apply 2-5 sprays to the skin, then rub it in. Although it can feel a little oily to begin with, it contains no oil and is absorbed fast. A white film may appear where it was used; this is just salt and wipes off easily. To use as a foot soak, stir 1-2 oz into a bowl of warm water and rest your feet in it for 20-30 minutes.

Available in a 237ml bottle.
