How to use

Apply twice a day to the chosen area and massage firmly until the cream has soaked in. Pro Tan suggests using it 15 minutes before a workout, after a shower or before bed. Let it dry fully before it touches clothes or bedding, and wash your hands with soap and water straight afterwards. External use only. Keep it away from the eyes and out of the reach of children, and speak to your doctor first if you have an existing skin problem.
