Yamamoto Nutrition BCAA Powder 8:1:1

Yamamoto Nutrition BCAA Powder 8:1:1 is a branched-chain amino acid powder with a high proportion of leucine, made to add to the diet of people who train regularly.

Key features

• BCAAs in an 8:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine and valine
• Enriched with vitamin B1, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism
• Vitamin B6, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
• Flavoured and unflavoured versions

Leucine, isoleucine and valine are three of the nine essential amino acids, meaning the body cannot make them and they have to come from food or supplements. An 8:1:1 ratio puts the emphasis firmly on leucine. Mix a serving into water and sip it around training, or add the unflavoured version to another drink, following the serving on the tub.

Available in a 300g tub in Orange Lemon, Watermelon and Unflavoured.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
