Multi Minerals

Types of multi-mineral and electrolyte supplements

Multi-mineral supplements combine several minerals, such as magnesium, zinc and potassium, in one product. Much of this range comes from Trace Minerals, which offers ConcenTrace trace mineral drops, ionic single minerals including zinc, potassium, iodine and boron, and electrolyte powders, tablets and stick packs.

You will also find multivitamin and mineral formulas from SciTec, Weider and Garden of Life, a zinc, magnesium and B6 product from Skill Nutrition, and Weider hydration powders and salt capsules for endurance sports.

Drops or tablets?

Drops can be added to water or juice and the amount adjusted, while tablets and capsules are pre-measured and easy to take with you.
