What is ZMA

ZMA is a combination of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6, usually in the form of zinc monomethionine aspartate and magnesium aspartate. It is popular with people who train and is often taken in the evening on an empty stomach, following the directions on the label. Some formulas add extra ingredients such as L-tyrosine or other forms of magnesium.
