5% Nutrition AllDayYouMay is a flavoured amino acid powder built around a high dose of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) in a 10:1:1 ratio. It is designed for people who train hard and want an all-in-one amino drink to sip during or between sessions.

Recommended use
Mix a one scoop serving of ALLDAYYOUMAY with 12 to 16 ounces of water and consume in between meals, right before a workout, during a workout, and after a workout. The recommended usage for this product is to place 4 scoops in a gallon of water, mix well, and sip on through-out the day.
