BCAAs vs EAAs: what is the difference

BCAAs are the three branched-chain amino acids: leucine, isoleucine and valine. EAAs cover all nine essential amino acids, including those three. Both are usually sold as flavoured powders that you mix with water and sip before, during or after training.

Should I choose a caffeinated amino?

Some products, such as 5% Nutrition AllDayYouMay Caffeinated, contain caffeine. Check the amount per serving if you also drink coffee or use a pre-workout.
