Made in a GMP facility on equipment that processes milk, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and wheat.
Recommended use
Take 1-2 packs within 15-30 minutes after lifting. On training days you can take 2 packs: the first pre-workout, right before lifting, and the second post-workout. If you take a post-workout shake, take Animal Nitro first and wait another 30-45 minutes before drinking the shake. When possible, take it on an empty stomach, preferably with 8-12 oz. of grape or other fruit juice.
