TruCarnitine Blend (L-Carnitine-L-Tartrate, Choline Bitartrate), L-Tyrosine, Caffeine [as caffeine anhydrous and dicaffeine malate (infinergy)], L-Theanine, Portulace Oleracea Extract (ENERGIC), Afromomum Melegueta Seed Extract (12% 6-paradol), Citric Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavours, Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, Beet Juice Concentrate.
Recommended use
Mix 1-2 scoop with 6-8 oz water. Not for individuals sensitive to caffeine. Do not exceed 2 scoops per 6 hour period.
Warnings and storage
Contains caffeine. Do not use in combination with other caffeine sources or any stimulants from other sources. Do not use under extreme conditions of heat, sleep deprivation or dehydration.
