NOW Foods Evening Primrose Oil, 500mg

NOW Foods Evening Primrose Oil, 500mg is a plant oil food supplement in softgels and a natural source of GLA, an omega-6 fatty acid.

Key features

• 500mg evening primrose oil per softgel
• Contains naturally occurring gamma-linolenic acid (GLA)
• GLA is an omega-6 fatty acid also found in borage oil and blackcurrant seed oil
• Provides GLA in its ready-formed state, so the body does not need to make it from other fats
• Easy-to-swallow softgels

Evening primrose oil is a long-standing staple on the supplement shelf. The 500mg softgels are small, and the larger tub is good value if you plan to take it every day over the longer term.

Available in 100 softgels and 250 softgels.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
