BetterYou Magnesium Flakes are magnesium chloride flakes that you dissolve in a bath or footbath. They are a bathing product used on the skin, not something to eat or drink, and can be added to a soak at home, including after exercise.

How to use
Bath: add 250g of flakes (roughly 2 cups) and soak for 20 minutes. Footbath: stir 150g (roughly 1 cup) into about 5 litres of water so that your feet are covered, then soak for 20 minutes. BetterYou suggests bathing with the flakes 2 to 3 times a week.
