What is beta-alanine?
Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid, meaning the body can make some of it itself. Inside muscle cells it pairs with another amino acid, histidine, to form a dipeptide called carnosine. Many people who train regularly include it in their supplement stack, either on its own or alongside other sports nutrition products. Recommended use
Take 3 capsules 2 to 3 times daily with water or your favorite beverage. For best results, allow at least 2 hours between doses.
