About the formula
The name says what goes inside: calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin K. Vitamin D-3 is the fat-soluble form of the vitamin that the skin makes from sunlight, and it plays a part in how the gut takes up calcium and magnesium. Vitamin K-2 is involved in normal bone calcification. Combining all four nutrients means one product can replace several separate bottles in your cupboard.
