Nutrend Fat Direct is a stimulant-free softgel capsule containing three plant extracts: wakame seaweed, garcinia cambogia and caffeine-free green coffee. Because there are no stimulants in the formula, it is intended to be taken in the evening.

How to use

Recommended use
Use 1 capsule once a day, 30 minutes before bedtime. Take with enough water. Maximum daily dose is 1 capsule.
