About creatine
Inside muscle, creatine links up with phosphate to form phosphocreatine, a store the body can draw on during short, hard efforts. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. That makes it a staple for weight training, sprinting and other explosive sports.
Available in a 120 caps tub.
