About MCT
Medium-chain triglycerides are only found in small amounts in everyday food. Because they are taken up quickly, they are a popular addition for active people looking for a fast-absorbed fat to include in their diet, whether in a morning coffee or a post-training smoothie.
Available in a 400 ml. bottle.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
