OstroVit Glutamine, Green Apple

OstroVit Glutamine in Green Apple flavour is an L-glutamine powder for physically active people who want to add this amino acid to their daily intake on top of what their meals provide.

Key features

• Contains L-glutamine, one of the amino acids that make up protein
• The body can produce glutamine itself, and intake from food can be topped up with a supplement during hard training blocks
• Dietary sources include meat, fish, eggs, milk, dairy foods and dried pulses
• Green apple flavour, a sharp, fruity taste that suits cold water
• Loose powder, so the portion is easy to adjust

A flavoured powder is simple to drop into a post-training drink or mix with other powders in the same shaker, which keeps your routine short.

Available in 500g, Green Apple flavour.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
