Recommended use
As dietary supplement, take two capsules of Black Burn in the morning during breakfast. Wait at least 4 hours and take another two capsules 1 hour prior to lunch. Take the last two capsules just before dinner. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. High caffeine content (300 mg per serving, 900 mg per maximum allowed daily dosage of 3 servings). Contains EGCG (96 mg per serving, 288 mg per maximum allowed daily dosage of 3 servings). Should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not use if you are pregnant or lactating. Don't use other products that contain caffeine while using this product (for example coffee). Don't use this product if you have heart or vascular disease, high blood pressure, diobetes, glaucoma, thyroid, kidney or prostate problems. If you are sensitive to a high dose of vitamin B6, which manifests itself in a tingling or numbness in the toes or fingertips, stop using this product. Never exceed the recommended dose.
