Arginine and citrulline both take part in the urea cycle, the process by which the body converts ammonia into urea for removal. Arginine that is not used in this cycle enters the general circulation, where it can be used elsewhere, for example in protein synthesis.
The powder lets you adjust your serving and mix it into water or a shake, while the capsules are easy to take on the go.
